The Stoneridge/Sedgefield Property Owners' Association is a non-profit organization that is voluntarily funded by resident owners. Membership is considered customary and expected but remains voluntary.
Dues payment enables residents to access all of the club grounds, including the basketball court, tennis/pickleball courts, and the croquet court. All property owners benefit from the activities of the Association. Dues paid to the Association fund various projects, such as this website, newsletters, landscaping and maintenance of the entrances, and electrical utilities for the entrances. Membership dues are also used to establish reserves to support long-term capital needs such as renovation and enhancement of the clubhouse and grounds (separate from the pool operations. The Swim & Racquet Club is contractually committed to reserve funds each year for the long-term renovation needs of the pool facilities.)
